As a Graphic Designer, you will develop creative assets that support marketing campaigns, events, digital initiatives, social media, advertising, and corporate communications. You'll collaborate closely with marketing leadership and stakeholders to develop high-quality visual assets that support strategic business objectives. Design & Creative Development Design and produce creative assets for marketing campaigns, events, advertising, social media, digital platforms, sales collateral, and branded content Execute projects from concept through final production, including resizing, formatting, and versioning assets for multiple platforms Retouch, enhance, and composite photographic assets Create mockups, visual concepts, and innovative design solutions Research imagery, design trends, and creative inspiration to support project goals Review and proof creative assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance Collaborate with marketing leadership to support strategic initiatives and campaign development Digital Marketing Support Assist with the development and maintenance of landing pages and forms through Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights Support email marketing campaigns from design through deployment Contribute creative assets and content for social media platforms Help ensure a cohesive visual experience across digital marketing channels What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum five (5) years of professional graphic design experience Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across print and digital mediums Exceptional project management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field Experience with: Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights WordPress Dreamweaver Experience creating motion graphics, animated content, GIFs, cinemagraphs, lower-thirds, and other multimedia assets What Makes You Successful The ideal candidate is: Highly creative with a strong visual design sensibility Passionate about branding, storytelling, and user engagement Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Adaptable and eager to take on a variety of creative challenges Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering polished, professional work Skilled at balancing innovation with business objectives Candidates must submit a portfolio or design samples along with their resume for considerations Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week Compensation: $29.80 - $33.65 per hour, based on experience Travel: Up to 5% travel may be required Benefits for U.S.-Based Employees GLI offers a competitive total rewards package that includes: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options 100% Employer-Paid Life Insurance 100% Employer-Paid Disability Insurance 20 Days of Paid Time Off annually 401(k) Plan with a 100% company match up to 3% of salary Annual Discretionary Bonus Program Anniversary Reward Bonus Educational Assistance Program (after one year of employment) Employee Assistance Program with enhanced mental health support Optional Pet, Accident, and Critical Illness Insurance coverage Additional Information Gaming Laboratories International is a gaming services company.
