With locations across 10 states and active expansion into 6 more in 2026, we're building the team that will win the next chapter. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll sell a proprietary fleet maintenance program to national private fleets, backed by a dedicated Customer Success team that handles post‑sale so you can stay focused on closing. Compensation is base salary plus uncapped monthly variable — top performers are earning $150K+. Here's what you can expect when you join the Wiers Team: The Senior Account Executive is responsible for growing a book of business with key customers by signing new customers at the Branch level. This person will develop and maintain relationships with leaders at the national, regional, and branch level. The Senior Account Executive will sell a proprietary maintenance program specifically designed for the target customer. This person will be an expert at the customer’s needs and processes and work with the Wiers team to create and execute solutions. To ensure success, administrative and operational team members will support this person. An ideal candidate will preferably reside in Indianapolis and be open to regional and occasional national travel. What You'll Do: Use a consultative sales process to close new business. Utilize your 10+ years of expertise sales skills to build and sustain impactful relationships with clients, from executive decision‑makers to local supervisors. Apply your organizational navigation skills to interact across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and developing effective solutions. Foster enduring, partnership‑based business relationships that transcend transactional dealings. Leverage your technical skills and industry knowledge to tailor solutions that meet diverse client needs. Be supported by a Customer Success team for post‑sale implementation, ongoing support, and retention activities. Own the entire sales cycle from start to finish. What We're Looking For: Seasoned sales professional with a true hunter mentality. Self‑driven and motivated. Extensive experience in sales within the commercial truck leasing, fleet service, or fleet management industries Proven ability to develop strong relationships at all organizational levels. Exceptional skills in managing complex organizational dynamics and aligning multiple teams. Demonstrated success in nurturing long‑term business partnerships. Strong technical skills and the ability to address intricate client requirements. Appetite for regional travel one to three weeks of the month. Must Haves: A CAN‑DO attitude - You'll make it happen.
