Ideal Candidate Profile

• Executive-level banking experience, preferably as a COO.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven success in strategic improvements within a bank with assets of $1B+.
• Strong background in deposit operations, wealth management, and process optimization.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset where customer relationships are shared across the bank.
• Ability to lead teams through change and modernize operations effectively.
