- Executive-level banking experience, preferably as a COO.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven success in strategic improvements within a bank with assets of $1B+.
- Strong background in deposit operations, wealth management, and process optimization.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset where customer relationships are shared across the bank.
- Ability to lead teams through change and modernize operations effectively.
