General ManagerThe General Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations of Flecha Cantina, an elevated Mexican food restaurant, ensuring that every guest experiences exceptional service and high-quality food in an upscale environment. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage staff, uphold quality standards, and drive business performance. The General Manager will collaborate with culinary and service teams to maintain a unique and inviting atmosphere, manage budgets, and develop strategies for growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead, inspire, and manage all restaurant staff; customarily and regularly direct the work of two (2) or more employees to deliver outstanding hospitality and uphold the restaurant's vision.Monitor daily operations, including food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and safety compliance.Accountable for budgets, inventory, and financial reporting; exercise discretion and independent judgment to maximize profitability, control costs, and create a sustainable business.Develop and implement local store marketing initiatives to attract and retain guests.Foster relationships with suppliers and local partners to ensure access to premium ingredients and resources.Accountable for resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.Recruit, hire, train, schedule, discipline, and terminate staff, or effectively recommend such actions; maintain a positive and productive work environment in compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.Train, develop, and mentor all assistant General Managers, Dept.
