Client Relations Coordinator

We’re currently expanding our Houston team and looking for a Client Relations Coordinator to support the relationships between our campaigns, customers, clients and internal teams. What Does the Position Involve? This is an active, people-focused position combining customer interaction, client representation, campaign support and relationship management. Day to day, you’ll be involved in: Representing our clients professionally during customer interactions Building and maintaining positive customer relationships Supporting customer acquisition and marketing campaigns Helping ensure a consistently strong customer experience Working alongside sales, marketing and campaign management teams Learning how successful client accounts are developed and maintained You enjoy talking to people. You’re naturally professional but don't want an overly corporate environment. You like being part of a team. You’re comfortable taking feedback and learning new skills. And you want a position where increased ability can eventually mean increased responsibility. Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, events, account support or other customer-facing positions can be useful, although full training is provided. A Team You Actually Work With This role is 100% on-site in Houston . Our team works together because collaboration is a major part of how we train and develop people. Expect a lively, social office environment with face-to-face coaching, shared goals and people actually communicating with one another rather than spending the entire day on video calls.
