Responsibilities Providing updates to clients Communicating customer expectations to dispatch and warehouse personnel Ensuring rates quoted match invoice to customer Ensuring updates from clients, terminals, and steamship lines are transcribed into our system Creating paperwork for deliveries Dispatching and tracking drivers for final mile deliveries Qualifications The ideal candidate will be experienced with spreadsheet management with a strong attention to detail and communication skills.
