Maintenance Technician Part Time

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities Follow the preventive maintenance program set by the Director of Facility Management, including paint touch‑ups, grounds and building readiness, lights, gutters, pathways, and debris removal. Practice excellent time‑management and complete tasks within company time frames. Ensure building and grounds are clean, immaculate and appealing to residents, guests, referral sources and prospects. Provide accurate documentation for all maintenance records on systems and equipment, including fire sprinkler, fire extinguishers, fire monitoring, kitchen hood cleaning, elevator inspections, boiler permit, nurse call, emergency backup generator, automotive, HVAC and PTAC service. Assist new residents and family members with move‑in tasks during admissions and discharges. Requirements High School Diploma/GED Equivalent. Working knowledge of OSHA compliance and laws. Construction experience in coordinating building repairs. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. We offer a competitive wage and an excellent benefits package.
