Head of Revenue Operations | Salesforce Developer

Salary: $103,000 - 143,000 per year Requirements:

• Significant hands-on Salesforce experience, including personally building functionality beyond administration, dashboards, reports, and basic configuration
• Salesforce development experience, with strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce architecture
• Experience building and troubleshooting APIs, integrations, webhooks, and database connections
• Strong understanding of marketing attribution, sales operations, revenue reporting, forecasting, and the customer and revenue lifecycle
• Experience designing systems and processes for a growing company
• Ability to diagnose business or technical problems, choose an appropriate solution, and implement it directly
• Ability to move between technical implementation and discussions with nontechnical business leaders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including explaining complex technical concepts clearly
• Comfort working across departments and taking ownership of cross-functional problems
• Proficiency with modern technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience with Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, broader software development, or custom application development is a plus
• This role is not suited to candidates whose Salesforce experience is limited primarily to administration, reporting, dashboards, or managing outside developers

• Own and continually improve our Salesforce architecture and revenue operations infrastructure
• Build custom Salesforce functionality with tools such as Salesforce Flow, Apex, and SOQL
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and our internal and external systems
• Work with APIs, webhooks, databases, automation tools, and custom technology
• Connect marketing and advertising data with sales performance, client success, and revenue
• Improve marketing attribution, revenue reporting, forecasting, and data quality
• Identify bottlenecks, broken processes, and gaps across the revenue lifecycle, and develop solutions
• Automate manual processes that create unnecessary work or slow teams down
• Build reporting and systems that provide leadership with clear, reliable insights from complex business data
• Partner with our marketing, sales, client success, finance, and development teams to improve how information moves across the company
• Troubleshoot technical and operational problems, working directly in systems or code as needed
• Design scalable systems and processes to support our continued growth
• Assess existing tools and processes and recommend when to improve, rebuild, automate, integrate, or replace them
