Revenue Operations Manager

About the Role We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Revenue Operations Manager to join our Provider Revenue Operations team. This role is critical to building a scalable, repeatable growth engine, aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations to drive predictable revenue performance. It offers location flexibility across the United States, with hybrid work for candidates in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end revenue processes covering lead‑to‑cash and account management workflows. Own pipeline management standards — stage definitions, exit criteria, hygiene SLAs — and run regular audits to ensure data integrity. Manage forecasting models, cadence support, and executive‑level visibility. Analyze sales metrics, pipeline health, and rep performance data to surface actionable insights and coaching opportunities. Partner with sales leadership on process improvement, project execution, and enablement strategy. Oversee Outreach.io enablement – sequences, list management, troubleshooting, and strategy. Optimize adoption of GTM tools including Outreach.io, Highspot, and Tableau dashboards. Lead tool evaluation and implementation projects with phased rollout plans and measurable ROI. Create SOPs and guides for new features, functionalities, and technology rollouts. Develop and maintain executive‑level KPIs, dashboards, and monthly reporting packages. Translate complex operational data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior leadership. Monitor and report on sales activity metrics, pipeline growth, conversion rates, and sales cycle trends. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Success to align all operations toward unified revenue generation. Document standard operating procedures and playbooks to scale enablement. Support change management for new tools, processes, and operational standards across the commercial organization. Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual work and increase scalability. Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and lead cross‑functional projects to streamline execution. Contribute to strategic planning and operational readiness for new go‑to‑market initiatives. Minimum Requirements Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience. 5+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations with measurable GTM impact. Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM — administration, reporting, dashboards, and data management. Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach.io, Salesloft, or similar). Demonstrated ability to build and manage forecasting models, pipeline reporting, and sales velocity metrics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and recommendations for leadership. Excellent cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience documenting processes and creating scalable playbooks. Preferred: Experience with Tableau, Highspot, or similar BI/enablement tools. Background in healthcare, pharma distribution, or provider solutions industry. Familiarity with AI‑guided selling tools and automation strategies. Experience supporting field sales or business development teams across multiple segments. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). Compensation Base pay range: $99,500 – $165,900. Additional compensation may include an annual bonus or long‑term incentive opportunities.
