Join Velocity Physical Therapy as an Outpatient Physical Therapist, where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care in a supportive and dynamic environment in Denton, TX. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid patient recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home exercises.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with regulations.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
- Provide compassionate care while fostering a positive therapeutic environment.
- Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state license to practice physical therapy in Texas.
- Experience in outpatient settings preferred, with knowledge of orthopedic conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.
- Basic CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
