The Architectural Job Captain plays a pivotal role in managing and coordinating architectural projects within a small team of 1-5 members. This position ensures technical accuracy and compliance while maintaining effective communication between clients and project teams, ultimately delivering high-quality construction documentation and facilitating smooth project progress.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and communication within the team
- Prepare and review technical documentation and construction drawings
- Manage client communications and expectations
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet project goals
- Ensure quality control across all project deliverables
- Manage project schedules and allocate resources efficiently
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations
- Prepare submittals and documentation for approval processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in architectural project coordination
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
