The cleaning technician is responsible for managing daily work order completion, jobsite quality control, and fulling the needs of our customers to the best of their capabilities. Description of Duties Provide excellent customer service to our clients Manage and execute daily assigned work orders Able to demonstrate importance of safety in the workplace, set and follow safety standards, and report unsafe conditions to supervisor Maintain weekly completed production standards and expectations Acts as the liaison/ambassador for Fish Window Cleaning while interacting with customers Qualifications Strong Communication skills Willingness to learn Ability to contribute to a high-functioning team as well as working independently Strong time management skills Perks and Benefits Compensation- Commission based pay structure Flexible Schedule- No Nights or Weekends Potential for merit increase/bonus’ #J-18808-Ljbffr
