IRT Living is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven **Recruiter** to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. We’re equally dedicated to providing our employees with an amazing place to work, fostering growth, and celebrating success.**Your Day-to-Day:*** Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, colleges, trade schools, and industry organizations.* Manage open requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including creating requisitions, posting jobs, and moving candidates through the hiring process.* Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and recurring positions.* Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across multiple markets.* Partner with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions and recruiting strategies.* Coordinate pre-employment assessments as needed.* Prepare offer letters, extend employment offers, and initiate background screenings.* Ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding while providing an outstanding candidate experience.* Administer the employee referral program, including tracking referrals and coordinating referral bonus payments.* Support recruitment initiatives, hiring events, and other Talent Acquisition projects as assigned.**Why You’ll Love Working Here:*** **Excellent Compensation:** Competitive base, pay plus commissions, bonuses, and stock awards.* **Growth Opportunities:** Ongoing development programs to support your career advancement.* **Recognition & Appreciation:** We celebrate individual and team achievements through various initiatives.* **Stability & Success:** Join a best-in-class operator with a strong history and commitment to a sustainable future.* **Employee Ownership:** Stock awards within your first year of employment.* **Benefits:** Best-in-class medical, dental, and vision insurance, rent discounts, generous PTO, paid holidays, 100% company-paid insurance (Life, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability), and a 401(k) with a 100% company match (up to 4%).## Qualifications**What We’re Looking For:*** Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.* Previous full-cycle recruiting experience required.* Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.* Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.* Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.*We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture.
