This job posting is for current Residents / Fellows completing their training in 2026 or 2027 who are interested in any of our offices based in the Beverly Hills, CA.

• Full time  

What you'll be working on:  

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits 

• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits 

• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities 

• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams  

• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures  

• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues 

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:  

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program 

• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam 

• State licensed in CA, obtained before your One Medical start date

• Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients 

This is a full-time role based in our Beverly Hills Office.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. 

The base salary range for this role is $248,300 to $296,900 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
