The Company is seeking a Vice President for Fund Accounting to take on a strategic role within its global investment and advisory firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end accounting and financial reporting of private funds and related entities, ensuring compliance with legal documents and SEC custody rules. This role involves leading quarterly closes, fund audits, and driving improvements in reporting processes. The Vice President will also be expected to represent the accounting function at private fund board meetings, coordinate the production of various financial statements for investors, and encourage collaboration between accounting and corporate social responsibility teams. Applicants for the Vice President, Fund Accounting position at the company must have a Bachelor of Science in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in fund accounting. A strong background in technical fund accounting, managing complex fund structures, and leading audits is essential.
