Overview We won’t put you in a box as a ‘receptionist’ or ‘food and beverage’ person. With us, you’ll become a champion multitasker – customer service, receptionist, concierge, barista, mixologist, logistics and more. You will be a citizenM ambassador, free to be yourself to do the best job you can. We believe in making work fun. If you’re having a great experience, so will our guests. Responsibilities Make sure everyone gets a warm welcome as soon as they walk in. Help guests at the self‑check‑in kiosks (no reception desk). Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast and meals. Dishwash, clean the kitchen, handle food, and cook. Brew coffee or mix a signature cocktail. Answer guests’ questions about the best places to visit, eat, shop or party (secret concierge). Maintain the living room and canteen clean, and arrange food displays for the following shift. Help guests with any requests or demands regarding our facilities (you may even gain new tech skills). Handle reservations in our property management system (PMS). Prepare societyM meeting rooms where applicable. Shift Patterns Morning: 7:00AM‑3:30PM. Evening: 3:00PM‑11:30PM. Availability Weekend availability is required. Qualifications Genuine touch: Treat all people as you would treat your best friends. Passionate attitude: Be collaborative, optimistic, and spread good vibes. Smart thinker: Find simpler, better, bolder ways to do things; be curious and detail‑oriented. Real caring: Show empathy for people and the planet; be open to different points of view. Fluent in English (other languages welcome). A United States citizen or have legal authorization to work in the United States. Able to travel for training purposes. What’s in It for You Competitive pay of $23.56 per hour.
