The Role We are seeking compassionate and skilled Physical Therapists to join our team- PRN/Part-time opportunities available. You’ll have the option to work with patients in various areas along the HWY 85 corridor from Brighton to Greeley- such as Brighton, Fort Lupton, Evans, LaSalle, and surrounding areas, helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys building strong patient relationships and providing personalized, hands-on care. What Makes You a Great Fit · Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program · Valid Colorado Physical Therapist license · Valid BLS Certification · Experience in home health settings preferred · Exceptional communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care · Licensed driver with current auto insurance and good driving record At We Care Home Health, you’ll be part of a community committed to your professional success and the well-being of our patients.
