Thank Karthik for the introduction.

I have a request for a strong OeBS DBA (on-premise) and the customer is migrating towards AWS solution. I don't know if they will be a migration first, I don't think so...


The customer is in Washington DC (US gvt entity) - it is OK to have a remote resource but need to be a US citizen or Green Card.


No idea about the hourly fee... US market level, and I think that we need the DBA to be located in the US territory at least.

I think first is to share if we have the right candidate for this request, to discuss availability / skill sets and then go further with the customer ?
