Lifespan is a boutique style practice where clinicians have freedom to make their own hybrid schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed provider looking for a part time position to supplement their current role or as a stand alone position.
Lifespan is growing and seeking a provider for Kaiser contract. Must be comfortable as a general provider with referrals across diverse populations and presenting concerns in the mild to moderate range.
Job Description:
Credentialing with major insurance carriers can take up to 190 days.
- Referrals provided. Marketing and networking may be necessary to achieve your caseload goals.
- Create your own hybrid schedule.
- Minimum 10 client facing contact hours per week.
- Furnished office, EHR and billing provided.
- Active California BBS license is necessary.
Our mission is to offer both in office and telehealth appointments and remove the cost barrier by accepting insurance.
