Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join a thriving company in the north metro as machine operators. No prior experience is needed, as we provide an excellent training program with opportunities for learning and advancement. You will be setting up and operating production and fabrication machines, reading and interpreting blueprints, adjusting machine settings, and inspecting parts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production and fabrication machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Adjust machine settings as needed.
• Inspect parts for quality control.
• Stand at a machine throughout the shift, loading and unloading parts.
• Conduct visual inspections and count stacked parts in bins.
• Lift 20-30 pounds, bend, and twist throughout the shift.

Essential Skills

• Ability to perform inspections.
• Experience with machine operation.

Pay $19-$25hr DOE

1st shift 6am-2pm

2nd shift 2pm-10pm

3rd shift 10pm-6am

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, MN.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
