We are an equal opportunity employer.-Benefits Include: Competitive wages, flexible spending accounts, direct deposit, a 401(k) plan and more!Employment Type: Part-timePosition: CustodianLocation: Oahu (Honolulu, HI 96819)Schedule: Friday: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM and Sunday 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (16 hours weekly)Hourly rate: $18.00-Key Responsibilities:Capable of performing tasks in any type of weather.Ability to work in a freezer setting.Maintain the cleanliness of common areas within the building: Sweep, mop, dust, wipe down, and sanitize surfaces; empty trash receptacles; and dispose of waste in the designated areas.Commitment to maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants is a vital quality for this role.Clean office, storage, and docking areas.Ensure restrooms are fully stocked, clean and sanitized.Utilize a vacuum for indoor cleaning.Operate a forklift once HBM training has been successfully completed.Demonstrate the ability to operate: A pressure washing machine, leaf blower, ride-on and/or ride-behind machine.Attention to detail.Willingness to learn is essential.Restock supplies as needed.Show the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Perform other tasks as directed by the HBM supervisor-Skills/Qualifications:Must pass HBM prescreen checkHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferredPrevious experience in custodial, housekeeping, or related fields preferred, but not requiredForklift certification is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to provide trainingAbility to follow verbal and written instructions in EnglishValid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is preferredStrong public relations and communication skillsCapable of performing basic manual labor, cleaning common areas, frequently lifting, pushing, pressing, pulling, and carrying a minimum of 30 lbs.
