PositionTitle: ProjectCoordinator Department: ProjectImplementationandOperations Entity: CSe-STORAGE Germany ReportsTo: Project Director Location: Hybrid,Germany PositionSummary: The Project Coordinator assists with preparing and coordinating the development and implementation of energy storage projects, which will involve establishing and maintaining project management and procurement processes such as, tracking client submittal obligations, development of customer client interfaces, managing and supporting the transfer of information between client and customer. non-conformances and contract modifications. Knowledge of energy storage systems, engineering principles, project management processes, construction management processes, electricalcodesand integrated photovoltaic and battery system applications would be highly desirable. Experience with projectexecution processes is essential. Responsibilities: Assisttheprocurementandprojectmanagementteamswithcoordinationofprojectrelatedactivities. Assisttheprojectmanagerindevelopingprojectplansandassociatedcommunicationsdocuments. Proactivelyassistwithscheduledevelopmentandmilestonetracking. Assistthe procurementmanager withthemanagementofvendorcommitmentsandrelationships. Effectivelydevelopandcommunicate projectstatusupdatesinaclearandconcisemanner. Managecommunicationflowforcontractsubmittals,projectreporting,invoicing,vendor submittals and other documentation between customer, project team, and suppliers. Liaisewithbothinternalandexternalprojectstakeholdersonanongoing basis. Supportsubcontractoroperationsdailythroughcoordinationandscheduling.Takeownershipofthe subcontractor schedule including job flow and customer experience. Identifythecriticalpathrequiredtoachieveagiventaskandmanageuntilcompletion. Problemsolveuniquesituationsasthey arise. Activelyparticipateindevelopingandmaintainingonlinebusinessmanagementtoolsusedforthe development and execution of all projects. Identifyareasforprocessimprovementandassistwithcreatingandrevisingtheprocesstoensure better efficiency and client experience. Supportprocurementmanagerinthedevelopmentofrequestsforproposalsandcontractexhibits. Monitorthestatusoftheprojecttoensuredocumentationissubmittedaccordingtoschedule. Reviewandverifyprojectdocumentsforcompleteness,format,andcompliancewithcontractrequirements. Submitprojectproposalsanddocumentationtomanagementforapprovalandtransmitapproved documents to the customer. Use andpromote excellentcustomerservicesoftskills. UnderstandandpromoteCanadianSolarproductsandoffering. OtherdutiesasassignedbytheProjectManager/Director. Adheretoallhealthandsafetyrulesandprocedures. RequiredQualificationsandSkills: Bachelor’sdegreeinarelatedtechnicaldisciplinefromauniversityorcollege Minimum2+yearsof relevantexperienceor equivalentcombinationof educationandexperience Solidandeffectiveinterpersonaland communicationskills(includingoral,written,and visual) Strongorganizationalandtimemanagementskills;Acuteawarenessandabilitytomanagedeadlines. TechnicalproficiencyinMicrosoftOffice Suite,includingWord,Excel,andProject ProficientwithSchedulinginMSProject Abilitytoestablishandmaintaineffectiveworkingrelationshipsinternallyandexternally. Demonstratedindependentthinking,initiative,andcreativity. Abilitytofunctionsuccessfullybothindependentlyandwithinateam. Demonstratedprofessionalappearanceand conduct.
