North & Maple is looking for an energetic and reliable Busser / Food Runner / Barback to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who is attentive, punctual, personable, and ready to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position plays an important role in keeping service running smoothly by supporting our servers, bartenders, and kitchen team while helping us deliver a great guest experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00/hour + tips
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and properly
- Run food from the kitchen to guests accurately and efficiently
- Assist servers with water, beverages, pre-bussing, and guest needs
- Support bartenders by restocking beer, liquor, ice, glassware, and supplies
- Keep service stations, bar areas, and dining areas clean and organized
- Help maintain a fast, clean, and efficient flow during busy shifts
- Work as part of the team wherever help is needed
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly, professional, and well-presented
- Able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Guest-focused with a positive attitude
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
