Data Entry Specialist

Schedule : 7:00AM - 3:30PM (5 days a week, 9 hours aday including 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks) About the Role: In this role, you won't just be sitting at a desk allday—you will play a crucial part in managing physical medical archives anddigitizing vital data. You will retrieve medical files from storage cartons,accurately enter high-volume data into our client database, and safely handleboxes ranging from 30 to 50 lbs. If you have lightning-fast keystrokes,exceptional accuracy, and don't mind staying active on the job, this is theperfect opportunity for you! What You’ll Do Retrieveindividual medical files from cartons and accurately identify and enterrequired data fields into the client database. Maintaina keystroke speed of at least 10,000 KPH with 100% accuracy, verified bydouble-key confirmation. Safelylift and carry cartons weighing 30–50 lbs to and from your workstation andpallet (one box every 5–7 minutes) from heights between 13” and 45”. Organizeand return completed files to their proper cartons and return cartons topallet storage. Maintaina clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all companysafety protocols and PPE requirements. This is a temporary/contract position with no benefitssuch as health insurance, retirement plans, or paid time off during thecontract period. What We’re Looking For: Provendata entry experience with high-speed typing (10,000+ KPH) and exceptionalaccuracy. Abilityto repeatedly lift and carry 30–50 lbs throughout the shift. Comfortablealternating between seated work and frequent physical activity. Strongattention to detail and organizational skills. Reliableattendance and ability to follow structured workflows. Team-orientedmindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
