About the Clinician's Workday The medical oncologist will provide comprehensive oncology care during day shift hours with no call requirements. Primary responsibilities include participating on tumor boards, managing bone marrow transplants, overseeing blood bank activities, ordering diagnostic tests and imaging studies, and prescribing medications for cancer patients. The clinician will work collaboratively with nursing staff to deliver quality patient care. Board certification in Medical Oncology and prescriptive authority are required for this position.
