Job Description

The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for providing essential respiratory care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. The candidate will use various equipment and techniques to assess, treat, and manage patients requiring respiratory support.

Responsibilities

• Administer basic floor therapies such as Nebulizer Treatments and Chest Physiotherapy
• Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling and analysis
• Manage BiPap and ventilator support, including extubation procedures
• Provide nocturnal pulse oximetry monitoring
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to optimize patient care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Experience in Bipap and Ventilator management preferred
• ICU experience is a plus
