About Our Practice
We are a well-established Internal Medicine, Sleep Medicine and Obesity Medicine practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to adults. Our team values clinical excellence, collaboration, and compassionate care in a supportive work environment.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP)to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Family Medicine, or a related outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of adult patients.
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Perform physical examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies.
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations.
- Educate patients on preventive care and chronic disease management.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
Qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
- National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain).
- Minimum of three (3) years of Nurse Practitioner experience required.
- Experience in Internal Medicine or Primary Care strongly preferred.
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.
