Overview Associate Director of Wellness — YMCA of Greater Indianapolis Love coaching people? Love the energy of a busy wellness floor? The YMCA is looking for a leader who brings heart, movement, and motivation to every shift. You’ll spend about 80% of your time directly supporting members and staff — coaching, advising, and helping instructors deliver great group exercise experiences. The remaining 20% focuses on coordination, scheduling, and keeping our wellness spaces clean, safe, and welcoming. We offer a competitive compensation package aligned with experience and YMCA standards.
