Technical Recruiter

Russell Tobin is looking to build and deploy a foundational Technical Recruiting Team for several scaling high-tech clients. All roles are hybrid/onsite and would work as part of Russell Tobin's Tech Recruiting Team, onsite at various clients. These opportunities provide great exposure to some of the biggest, hyper scaling companies. While they are IC roles, you would be working as a unified group to achieve the desired scale at each client. Responsibilities: Execute recruiting strategies for highly technical roles. Identify & engage passive talent for senior-level technical positions. Partner closely Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and develop targeted talent pipelines. Conduct market mapping, competitive intelligence, and talent research to inform recruiting strategies. Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and other sourcing tools to identify top technical talent. Maintain accurate pipeline activity and provide regular sourcing metrics and market insights. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: 4+ years of technical recruiting experience supporting Software Engineering and/or AI/ML hiring. Proven experience sourcing Senior, Staff, Principal, and Engineering Leadership talent. Experience recruiting within both high-growth startup environments and large-scale technology organizations. Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and other advanced sourcing techniques. Ability to build relationships with passive candidates and effectively communicate complex opportunities. Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving environment. Strong collaboration skills with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting hiring for AI/ML, Machine Learning Infrastructure, or Software Engineering organizations. Background working in high-growth technology companies with rapidly scaling engineering teams. Strong understanding of current technical hiring trends and competitive talent markets.
