General Manager

The General Manager directs and coordinates all operations of the branch facility. This position is responsible for obtaining optimum efficiency of operations and maximizing profits by performing duties personally and/or through subordinate supervisors. This position is responsible for providing superior levels of management and leadership to a team of direct-reports and building an environment that focuses on employee engagement and OrePac's core values.

Required education and experience include a bachelor's degree in business or a related field and six years of relevant experience.

Physical demands include seeing, talking, and hearing, lifting files, and using standard office equipment. Work environment is a professional office with a quiet noise level.

Safety duties and responsibilities include reporting incidents, maintaining a safe work area, operating vehicles safely, providing assistance to reduce hazards, complying with drug testing and PPE policies.
