Area Cardiovascular Sales Director - IDN/Hospital Leadership

Syneos Health is seeking an Area Business Director in San Diego to lead a field-based team promoting cardiovascular therapies to IDNs and hospital systems. You will hire, coach and manage IAMs and SBDs, drive short- and long-term business plans, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and contracts. 80% travel is expected, with a strong emphasis on leadership and strategic execution.
