Job Opportunity – Vero Beach, FL
A small private medical practice in Vero Beach is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist/Medical Assistant!
Responsibilities include:
- Checking patients in and out
- Verifying insurance
- Maintaining patient demographics
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Scheduling outpatient diagnostic studies and specialty appointments
- Scheduling annual and as-needed office appointments
- Assisting physicians and staff with office duties
- Requesting medical records from other offices
- Vital Signs / EKG / Wound Care
- EMR knowledge preferred
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
