Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, holistic care to all patients.
• Educate Patients and Families: Share essential therapy techniques with patients and their families to promote consistent progress outside of the clinic.
• Track Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring continuous support in their rehabilitation journey.

Education and Certifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school.
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education or advanced certifications.

Required Credentials

• Maintaining an active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• Having NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
