ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I've been a State Farm Agent here in South Lyon since 2001, and my roots in this community run deep. I'm an active Chamber of Commerce member, a youth hockey coach, and a familiar face at local events. As a Michigan Tech graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, I bring a problem-solving mindset to the way we serve our customers and support our team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Aaron Daavettila - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
