Persuasive with a strong drive for results. Tolerant of uncertainty. Job Requirements Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred. Responsibilities Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey. Professionally represent the dealership and maintain high customer satisfaction via frequent and friendly follow-up. Respond to and communicate with potential prospects (web lead, phone lead, store lead). Participate in frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge. Compensation Average $3,500-$8,000 monthly = min. wage hourly rate + commissions/bonuses. Top earners can reach 6 figures. Benefits Competitive compensation package and 401(k) with company match.
