Drywall Finisher/Painter

We manufacture industry-leading full volumetric modular units and partner with AVA, an in-house manufacturing facility in Albertville. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher to join our team, specializing in the manufacturing of pre-fabricated modular homes for various sectors including multi-family, senior living, commercial retail, office, and hospitality. The role involves leading a team of 6-7 employees in a production environment, focusing on drywall finishing tasks. Responsibilities: Finish drywall and plaster, including sanding, patching, and repairing Work on high ceilings using scaffolding or stilts Operate hand tools safely and effectively Assist with other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in drywall taping and finishing Ability to read blueprints and understand job sequencing Knowledge of drywall and steel stud installation techniques Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills Benefits: Competitive wages Opportunities for growth and mentorship Brand new company-provided tools We are a drug-free and tobacco-free workplace, offering benefits from day one.
