Jr. Project Coordinator – Construction & Mission Support Group 
Atalnta, GA; Chantily, VA; or Chicago, IL

The Challenge:

We are seeking a Jr. Project Coordinator for the Construction & Mission Support Group. Ideal candidates are independent thinkers, self-motivated, communicate proactively, enjoy collaborating across disciplines, and thrive in a non-corporate environment and structure.  

Principle Areas of Responsibility:

• Support project managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative needs.
• Assist with project setup and maintenance in Kahua and other project management systems.
• Organize and maintain project files, records, logs, and trackers.
• Prepare and format project correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and other documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars and agendas, capture notes, and track follow-up items.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to collect information and support project deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Experience managing calendars and meeting agendas.
• Strong organizational, communication, and file management skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work near the Chicago, Atlanta, or Chantilly office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with project management or construction management software, such as Kahua.
• Previous experience providing project, administrative, document-control, or team coordination support.
• Familiarity with construction, architecture/engineering, federal contracting, or mission-support environments.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, project management, or related field.
  

Salary Base:

This full-time position as a Jr. Project Coordinator – Construction & Mission Support has an annual range of $55,800-$66,400.00. The actual hourly rate is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
