Job Description Recommended Experience: 3-5 Years Job Type: Full Time Hourly Rate: $15 Location: Gary, IN (On site) Work Location: In person Job Responsibilities Operate the scale and interface with drivers and management with regard to payments and weight Enter maintenance hours for mechanics, equipment and work order entry Payroll duties including entry and verification (when Site Administrator is not available) Purchase supplies for office; issue miscellaneous purchase orders as needed Other administrative types of duties Job Requirements 2-4 years working in a fast paced construction type of environment Experience entering payroll. Experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting is highly desirable. Must have experience working with the Microsoft Office Software package including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
