Corporate Associate Attorney

The Columbus, Denver, Nashville, Pittsburgh, or Washington, D.C. office of FBT Gibbons is seeking an M&A associate attorney to join its Private Equity Practice Group. Qualifications 4–7 years of experience in M&A and general corporate transactions Experience representing clients on both buy‑side and sell‑side matters Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills Bar admission in the state in which you reside, or eligibility to waive into the bar in the short-term Compensation The salary ranges for this role reflects a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
