Client Services Representative 2

IQVIA seeks a Client Services Representative 2 to manage state pharmacy licensing applications on behalf of clients. The role involves preparing and submitting applications, coordinating workflows, communicating with state boards, and providing client support in a hybrid position based in Richmond, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Execute licensing activities including document preparation, application drafting, and submission to state pharmacy boards
- Communicate with state and federal pharmacy boards as needed to resolve licensing matters
- Verify state applications are filed correctly, on time, and meet quality standards
- Support clients through regular email and phone interaction regarding licensing status
- Deliver weekly reporting to clients on licensing application progress and status
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Two or more years of related work experience
- Life science or pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC applications
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and customer service abilities
Compensation: $42,700–$106,800 base
