Job Title: Inspector Job Description
This role focuses on inspecting incoming shipments, verifying that products meet specified requirements, and ensuring quality standards are consistently maintained. You will work from technical prints, use measuring tools, and support a high-volume operation during an overnight shift.
Responsibilities

• Inspect shipments as they arrive from trucks to ensure all products meet quality and specification standards.
• Analyze and interpret prints and technical drawings to verify that products conform to required specifications.
• Use a tape measure accurately to confirm dimensions and tolerances of incoming materials and products.
• Document inspection findings clearly and report any nonconformances or issues to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain a consistent inspection process to support efficient operations during a high-volume overnight schedule.
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines while working in the inspection area.

Essential Skills

• Experience performing inspection of products or shipments in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment.
• Ability to read and interpret prints and technical drawings to verify product specifications.
• Proficiency in using a tape measure accurately to check product dimensions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
• Reliability and consistency in working an overnight shift from 4:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

Work Environment
The role is based in a clean, new facility designed to support efficient inspection and material handling. You will work an overnight schedule from 4:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday, totaling approximately 60 hours per week. The environment supports detailed inspection work, including the use of prints and measuring tools, within a modern and well-maintained workspace.

This is a Contract position based out of Weldon Spring, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
