The Operations Manager will work with the entire Rental Power Team to ensure that all customer needs are met and all customers are satisfied.Essential FunctionsTracking and managing expenses to ensure proper recognition of expense with revenue.Financial reporting to ensure goals are met and budgets are realized.RPO process managementAssist in managing relationships with vendor partnersEnsuring compliance with DOT and scheduling for internal logisticsManaging internal logistics teamEnabling the team to succeed by providing support as neededMentoring and developing subordinatesIssuing POs as neededManage equipment asset documentation Managing titles ESC managementIssuing Pos for new UnitCreating equipment record in DBSVendor POC for new ordersIssue sales invoicesEstablishing depreciation schedule for each assetEstablish warranty file for each assetContract ManagementEnsure that all insurance certificates are up to date.Collaborate with Rental Coordinators to ensure that all agreements are signedManage customer invoicing processOperations Process owner Standard work owner for Operations ProcessesCollaborate with Rental Manager to ensure team and division goals are metApprove P-Cards for coordinators and driversPartner with internal sales teams across the CTE family of companies to ensure that all needs are metEnsure that all delivery and time to ready goals are met to achieve customer satisfactionManage accounts receivable reportingOther duties as assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has supervisory responsibilitiesQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
