How You Will Make an Impact:

• Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas
• Perform all necessary scheduled preventive maintenance procedures
• Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure
• Assist in maintaining proper levels of material/supplies

What You Will Need:

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of residential building maintenance
• Working knowledge of HVAC
• Effective communication skills
• Current EPA certification to handle refrigerants
• Capacity to lift 50 pounds, over 50 pounds- must use the aid of a hand truck or get assistance
• Ability to be on one's feet for long periods of time
• Valid driver's license if operating community vehicles
