Valley Women's Health- GYN/ONC Division

Running provider Clinic
Prepping for Clinic
Scan (CT, MRI, U/S) Prior Authorizations
Triaging of patient phone calls
Gathering Medical Records for new patients and established patients
Scheduling appointments - Follow-ups, procedures, scans etc..
Reviewing test results and plan of care with patients
Assist with office flow and tasks
Helping with Coverage
Calling insurance companies for imaging Prior Authorization
Using insurance portals for imaging Prior Authorization
Other duties as assigned
Hours are approximately: Monday through Friday 0800-1830
Nights, weekends and major holidays off.
