Location: Bucaramanga/ Barranca

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma completed
• Availability to travel
• Availability of schedule
• Experience in ATMs and/or systems, networks, server support

Functions:

• Provide installation, maintenance and repairs in ATM (second line of maintenance) and/or POS (point of sale) and other electromechanical equipment in various locations within an assigned territory/region.
• Ensure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction; Manage customer incidents as assigned; Build working relationships with customers and develop informal communication channels with the local client account
• Responsible for the ownership of all customer problems/needs that are expressed or observed and act appropriately; May provide support to the Associated Customer Engineer and/or Service; Technical representative/service technician when necessary
• Understand and fulfill the various requirements of the Customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) and raise or escalate issues when appropriate and/or according to established procedures
• Represent NCR in a way that reflects positively the image and reputation of the company.
• Verify that the site environment meets the requirements before installation or implementation; Install customer systems according to the installation plan,
