job summary:
Global Manufacturer is seeking a Product Quality Manager to join their team in Allentown, PA! Manage product quality process from end-to-end, serving as the primary contact for customers issues. 10% travel nationally and internationally. You will bring a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, 10+ years in Quality Engineering, and 5+ years in supervising experience. Relocation Assistance, Medical/Dental/Vision, Retirement options!

responsibilities:

• Manage quality evaluation for customer-reported product issues
  
  
  
• Lead investigations, inspection activities, and initiate process reviews
  
  
  
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer concerns and resolutions

• Implement corrective actions and preventative maintenance
  
  
  
• Participate in APQP, DFMEA, quality improvement tests and product analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, manufacturing)

• Minimum 10 years in Quality Engineering

• 5+ years in managing people and projects

• Industrial manufacturing experience
