Gardner Cryogenics and Rotoflow, both businesses of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., have an immediate opening for a Quality Assurance Manager at our Bethlehem, PA manufacturing facility. In this role, you will lead and maintain the Gardner Cryogenics and Rotoflow Quality Management System (QMS), providing leadership for Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions while partnering across Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, and customer-facing teams to improve operational performance, product quality, quality systems effectiveness, and business results through continuous improvement. Travel: approximately 15-20% based on business needs, primarily supporting supplier-related activities.

This is not a traditional quality compliance leadership role. We are seeking a transformational leader who can elevate quality from a primarily transactional function into a visible, operationally integrated business partner. The successful candidate will build systems, establish meaningful KPI frameworks, increase transparency, strengthen operational engagement, and drive sustainable organizational improvement across both Gardner Cryogenics and Rotoflow.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a quality professional who brings deep manufacturing experience, strong technical judgment, and a passion for building quality into every stage of the product lifecycle. You will help shape long-term quality strategy, strengthen ISO 9001:2015 compliance, improve quality performance metrics, and support reliable delivery of specialized industrial equipment solutions.

Rotoflow combines trusted turbomachinery expertise with the world-leading industrial gas knowledge of Air Products, supporting markets that require exceptional equipment performance, reliability, safety, and value. Gardner Cryogenics brings decades of cryogenic equipment experience to customers who demand precision, compliance, and dependable execution. The role supports quality operations across a manufacturing organization representing approximately $200MM in annual business activity and spanning multiple facilities, product lines, and customer-facing operations.
