This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across production setup, test systems, and component-level diagnostics in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining production lines used to repair and upgrade returned customer products, while also supporting technicians in diagnosing and repairing electronic systems to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.

Duties:

Including but not limited to:

• Lead the setup of new productionline equipment used to test, repair, and upgrade electronic products
• Assist in the design,construction, and maintenance of test fixtures and test systems, includinghardware, software, and mechanical components as needed
• Troubleshoot product failures andperform root-cause analysis on electronic products returned from customerfacilities
• Collect repair data and maintainaccurate repair records and databases
• Provide feedback to productdevelopment teams regarding design corrections, product enhancements, andrecurring failure trends
• Assist in developing anddocumenting troubleshooting and repair protocols
• Perform repairs on returneddevices in accordance with established quality and safety standards
• Assist technicians introubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electronic products
• Provide technical guidance andmentoring to operations and repair technicians

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in ElectricalEngineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with the design ormanufacturing of microprocessor- or microcontroller-based productsrequired
• Experience in an electronicsmanufacturing environment is ideal
• Experience developing automatedtest systems is preferred but not required
• Experience in component-leveltroubleshooting and repair of electronic products is strongly preferred
• Experience with switching powersupplies is preferred but not required
• Ability to design, construct, andmaintain test fixtures and test systems for microcontroller-based products
• Ability to troubleshootelectrical circuits to the component level using schematics and commontest and measurement equipment, including oscilloscopes and multimeters
• Working knowledge of laboratoryand manufacturing safety practices
• Strong problem-solving skills, awillingness to learn, and a self-motivated approach to work
• Ability to work effectively bothindependently and as part of a team
• Willingness and ability to mentoroperations and repair technicians
• Basic proficiency with MicrosoftWindows and Microsoft Office

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in ElectricalEngineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Background in electronicsmanufacturing, testing, or repair strongly preferred

Work Environment:

• Electronics manufacturing andrepair environment
• Work involves hands-ontroubleshooting, test equipment, and production line support
• Must follow established safetyprocedures and laboratory/manufacturing safety practices
