About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Data Lineage Delivery Lead to spearhead a high-visibility data lineage delivery program. This hands-on leadership role is pivotal in driving governance, orchestration, and consistent execution across multiple teams, with a focus on managing risk and delivering outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of the first tranche of a firmwide data lineage program, owning the integrated roadmap, and ensuring a coordinated delivery model across stakeholders. Key responsibilities include mobilizing and running a firmwide governance model, aligning stakeholders on delivery approaches, and standardizing planning and reporting processes to improve transparency. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in senior program leadership, particularly in enterprise-scale programs, and the ability to manage tight timelines while driving accountability to measurable outcomes. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' relevant industry experience, with a strong background in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to establish and run governance, decision-making, and execution cadences in a matrixed environment, as well as proficiency in stakeholder management, communication, and influencing. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a preference for candidates holding an advanced degree or having technical knowledge in data management, governance, or architecture. The role also requires the ability to identify and resolve blockers effectively, and a proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
