Why join us Great pay Flexibility Hybrid role Company Vehicle Job Details We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Project Manager to join our vibrant team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Responsibilities Manage the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term project which has a beginning, an end, and specified deliverables. Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management. Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project. Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities. Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required. Execute the project according to the project plan. Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project. Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards. Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures. Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality. Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the residential construction industry. Proven experience in project management and project delivery. Proficiency in project management software tools. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent knowledge of construction procedures and material and project management principles. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards. Excellent organizational, planning and time-management skills. Superior problem-solving ability with a keen eye for detail. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Understanding of construction procedures, material and project management principles. Outstanding leadership and management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Professional Project Management (PMP) certification would be considered an advantage. Interested in hearing more?
